Automotive Polisher & Prepper (Carbon Fiber)

Gap Personnel are recruiting a Polisher and Prepper for a client in Oldbury. The role involves polishing plastic and carbon fibre automotive parts to a high gloss finish and prepping parts for painting.

You must have previous polishing and prep experience, be able to identify paint defects, maintain cleanliness, and ensure high-quality standards. The shift is Mon-Thu 2pm–12am with a £14.50/hour rate, temp-to-perm.
