Key duties and responsibilities: – Independently manage the procurement process for housing developments. – Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and quality. – Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure timely availability of materials. – Collaborate with project managers and site teams to align procurement with project timelines. – Utilise “COINS” software for efficient procurement and inventory management. – Maintain accurate records of purchases, deliveries, and inventory.
Skills and experience: – Proven experience in running housing developments independently. – Strong background in the residential housing/contracting sector. – Excellent negotiation and communication skills. – Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. – Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
