In this role you will advise landowners on strategic land, development and renewable energy matters, contributing to a growing specialist team. You will work closely with Partners to deliver high-quality transactions and mentor junior lawyers to support career development. The position blends hands-on advisory work with leadership responsibilities, within a collaborative, market-leading practice. Responsibilities
- Strategic land and development work
- Agricultural property sales and acquisitions
- Renewable energy and clean energy projects
- Acting exclusively for landowner clients
- Supervising and developing junior lawyers
- Collaborating with Partners and the specialist team
Key requirements
- 3+ years PQE
- Background in Commercial Property or Agricultural Property
- Experience with development or strategic land is advantageous
- Enjoy mentoring others and building client relationships
- Desire to establish yourself in a market-leading specialist team
