ILLUME RECRUITMENT is recruiting for a General Manager for one of their flagship London events venues on behalf of a leading contract caterer. The role requires someone with strong leadership of both FOH and BOH teams and the ability to deliver seamless event operations.

The ideal candidate will have recent General Manager or Deputy General Manager experience in contract catering, excellent event management skills, and a solid working knowledge of P&L, budgeting and forecasting.
