Job Description:
University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust is seeking an experienced paediatric clinical practitioner to lead a nursing team in the Paediatric HDU/Level 2 Critical Care environment.
The post holder will provide role-model leadership, supervise staff, ensure child- and family-centred care, and help manage deteriorating paediatric patients while supporting bed management and service delivery.
