Remote APAC Ground Experience Manager

Jacada Travel seeks a Ground Experience Manager to be the heartbeat of our on-ground client support, providing round-the-clock assistance with warmth, competence and calm. You will coordinate with travel designers, DMCs and management to ensure a high-value, seamless client experience across time zones.

The role requires at least 5 years in client-facing service, exceptional English, and strong organisational skills.
