Description:We are hiring for our client, a leading civil engineering company based in Omagh, who is seeking a Graduate / Junior Quantity Surveyor to assist with commercial management of their projects. The Role:
- Assist with the delivery of commercial management services for all tendering and projects.
- Help prepare timely internal commercial reporting, including monthly CVRs and project cash flow forecasts.
- Monitor project costs and expenditures to ensure that projects are completed within budget.
- Manage procurement processes, including negotiation with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Administer subcontractor and supplier accounts, ensuring timely payment and final account agreement.
The Person:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or a Construction-related discipline with commercial experience.
- 1+ years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Civil Engineering.
- Understanding of construction costs, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
- Full driving licence and access to a car.
