Description:We are hiring for our client, a leading civil engineering company based in Omagh, who is seeking a Graduate / Junior Quantity Surveyor to assist with commercial management of their projects.   • The Role:

    • Assist with the delivery of commercial management services for all tendering and projects.
    • Help prepare timely internal commercial reporting, including monthly CVRs and project cash flow forecasts.
    • Monitor project costs and expenditures to ensure that projects are completed within budget.
    • Manage procurement processes, including negotiation with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
    • Administer subcontractor and supplier accounts, ensuring timely payment and final account agreement.

    The Person:

    • Degree in Quantity Surveying or a Construction-related discipline with commercial experience.
    • 1+ years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Civil Engineering.
    • Understanding of construction costs, budgeting, and financial analysis.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
    • Full driving licence and access to a car.
