Community Payback Team Lead – Weekend Shifts

The Ministry of Justice is recruiting a Community Payback Supervisor to lead small teams of offenders serving a community sentence. You will supervise, motivate and check that tasks are completed to standard, including cleaning, landscaping or repairs, on a site or in the community.

Some weekend or evening shifts may apply, with enhanced pay for weekend days. The role requires empathy and strong communication, with a focus on safety, welfare, and rehabilitation.
