Lead Early Years Teacher – EYFS Expert & Mentorship

Busy Bees Rugby is seeking an experienced Early Years Teacher to lead planning and delivery within the EYFS curriculum. You’ll mentor team members and contribute to curriculum development across our outstanding nursery.

As part of a supportive environment, you’ll manage observations and assessments for your key children, maintain strong relationships with families, and support SEND/ASL needs while ensuring a safe, inclusive space for young learners.
