Associate – Development Set Up

Overview

In this role within Savills’ DSU Consultancy, you drive the transition of major property developments from design to operational readiness. You’ll shape how buildings are run through Design for Management reviews and prepare service charge strategies and mobilisation budgets for complex, mixed-use assets. You will collaborate with clients, developers and internal teams to ensure smooth mobilisation and project delivery, while building strong client relationships and expanding your consultancy capabilities. This is a fast-paced, commercially-focused role that offers exposure to senior stakeholders and tangible impact on asset performance from day one.

Responsibilities

• Support high-profile property developments from design through to operational management
• Contribute to Design for Management reviews to shape building operations
• Prepare service charge strategies, operational plans and mobilisation budgets for complex, mixed-use assets
