Front of House Lead – Dynamic Customer Experience

Booker Group is seeking a customer service-focused team member to support the Customer Service Supervisor in a busy store environment in Ipswich. You will help ensure customer needs are exceeded, deal with reception tasks, settle invoices at pay points, and provide fast, efficient service at checkouts.

You will work with other store colleagues across departments to maintain a high level of service and a great customer experience.
