AustralianSuper is seeking a Senior Talent & Learning Consultant to lead learning, leadership development and culture initiatives across London and New York. The role partners with leaders and global teams to design impactful programmes that build capability, leadership strength and inclusive culture.

You will influence strategic talent priorities across leadership capability, succession planning, DEI and early careers, while driving induction programs for new colleagues in London and New York.
