Principal OHL Engineer – Lead Scotland Design & Growth

BakerHicks in Motherwell, Scotland, seeks a Principal OHL Engineer to establish and lead our OHL design capability in Scotland, delivering 132kV to 400kV transmission projects. Based in Motherwell, you will shape technical excellence and mentor engineers.

You will deliver detailed design, oversee quality and safety, support bid submissions and compliance, and help grow a new Scottish OHL team with hybrid working.
