UK Finance Controller — Standalone Role, Month-End & VAT

Marks Sattin is recruiting a Finance professional for a stand-alone UK entity of a Global private equity house headquartered in New York, based in Mayfair, full-time in office with ad-hoc flex.

The role reports directly to the US Finance Function and holds complete ownership of UK finance from start to finish. The position encompasses month-end close, VAT, payroll, ledgers, and annual tax returns, with responsibility across the full finance cycle.
