Retail Security Lead – Protect People & Assets (Field-Based)

B&M Retail is seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to protect people, stores and assets across our Edinburgh region. You’ll lead guarding teams, drive compliance and report to the Regional Profit Protection Manager.

This field-based role requires 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work 5 of 7 days. You’ll recruit, train and coach officers, conduct store visits and manage incident reporting to minimise loss and safeguard our stores.
