Principal Valuer & Team Lead – Valuation & Council Tax

Tayside Valuation Joint Board is seeking an experienced Chartered Surveyor to join as Principal Valuer, supporting the Assistant Assessor in managing one of the Board’s Divisional Offices.

You will lead a professional valuation team, coordinate valuation rolls and council tax lists, and represent the Board in tribunals and appeals while ensuring statutory deadlines and governance standards.
