Overview
In this role you will manage the flow of project information for planned works, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution across project teams. You will support a busy delivery team within the Planned Works programme, maintaining lifecycle documentation and ensuring compliance with procedures and client requirements. You’ll work closely with site managers, surveyors, and subcontractors to keep information up to date and auditable. This position offers hands-on exposure to documentation that underpins refurbishment and maintenance projects, with a clear impact on project delivery and community outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage project documentation ensuring records stay accurate and up to date
- Issue and control project information in line with procedures
- Monitor document revisions and ensure latest approved versions are available
- Liaise with operational teams, surveyors, site managers, commercial teams and subcontractors regarding documentation
- Support use of document management systems and collaboration tools
- Track document submissions, approvals and project reporting requirements
- Assist with mobilisations, handovers and completion documentation
- Ensure compliance with quality management and audit requirements
- Provide administrative support to project teams across multiple planned works programmes
Key requirements
- Previous experience in a Document Controller or Information Controller position
- Strong administrative and document management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across multiple teams
- Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple projects simultaneously
