Junior Corporate Solicitor – M&A & Growth Path (Leicester)

G2 Legal Limited is recruiting a junior corporate solicitor for its Leicester practice. The role suits 0–3 years’ PQE with exposure to mergers and acquisitions, company sales, reorganisations, shareholder arrangements and governance for a range of clients from startups to SMEs.

You will support transactions end-to-end, conduct due diligence and draft/negotiates documents while developing client relationships and benefiting from high-quality workload and progression opportunities.
