Future Operating Model & Org Design Consultant

DataCareers is seeking an Organisational Design Consultant to support the design and implementation of a future administrative support operating model. The role involves translating process insights into organisational requirements and ensuring alignment between structure, roles, capabilities, and demand.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of organisational design experience, preferably within the Public Sector, with the ability to work in a hybrid environment. Security clearance (NPPV30) is mandatory.
