Performance Reporting Analyst

Overview

In this role you support institutional clients by delivering performance attribution, portfolio analytics and reporting within Mercer’s Investment Solutions. You will produce client-facing reports, respond to queries and contribute to market commentary, while collaborating with custodians, managers and portfolio teams. The position emphasizes accuracy, timely delivery and process automation to improve efficiency. This is a hybrid London-based opportunity with a clear impact on client insight and investment reporting.

Responsibilities

• Calculate and review performance attribution and reporting on time
• Produce reports for investment committees and trustee boards
• Collaborate with custodians, external managers and portfolio managers
• Respond to client queries and clearly explain performance insights
• Write investment and market commentary
• Enhance processes and efficiency through automation

Key requirements

• Demonstrable experience in performance analytics, portfolio reporting and attribution in financial services or asset management
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• A numerate degree
• Good communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
