Regional Director of Sales – Cardiff & South Wales

PRISM Group’s Sunday Hotels division seeks a Cluster Director of Sales for Bristol & Cardiff to lead strategic sales across corporate, groups, and tour operator segments, driving revenue growth and market presence in South Wales and beyond.

Reporting to the Group Head of Sales, you will cultivate relationships with key partners, manage RFPs, and coordinate with Revenue, Marketing and Reservations to ensure consistent results across properties.
