This role is a highly skilled technical role, requiring strong troubleshooting skills and an eye for detail. The role requires experience with various technologies and tools such as Cisco ACI, Cisco routing and switching, FortiManager, FortiAnalyser, FortiAuthenicator, FortiNac, FortiAPs, FortiSwitches, SD-Wan, Layer2/3 routing and switching, Netbox, IPAM, Solarwinds, Zabbix, LogicMonitor, PowerShell, Python, Azure networking.
This role is a senior role, as such mentoring of junior employees is required, as well as communication of complex technical tasks to non-technical colleagues and customers. Occasional requirement to provide team leadership when line management is on leave, as well as leadership in ITIL processes such as Change Management, Major Incident Management and Problem management.
