Quantity Surveyor

To join a leading housing contractor and to drive commercial control across their growing housing portfolio.

Duties will include;

• Manage project costs, budgets, valuations and forecasts.
• Appoint and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Support site teams and keep projects commercially on track.
• Assess new sites and coordinate statutory and utility costs.

What we are looking for

• Proven quantity surveying experience; a relevant degree is desirable.
• Strong commercial, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of construction, building regulations and AutoCAD.
• A valid driving licence.
