Responsibilities

• lead architecture, design and implementation of safety-critical embedded software
• provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers
• ensure compliance with safety standards and quality processes
• plan and contribute to project execution, scheduling and resource allocation
• work with cross-functional teams on embedded system integration and security

Key requirements

• 10+ years of embedded software experience
• expertise in C and assembly
• strong RTOS experience
• familiarity with safety-critical standards (IEC 61508, DO-178B/C, ISO26262, IEC 62304)
• experience in controlled development environments
• low-level embedded experience (Cortex-M3/M4/A7)
• networking protocols
• embedded software security and multicore development
• experience in software requirements and configuration management
• project management experience
• ability to mentor and provide technical guidance
