B2B Event Manager experienced in the end-to-end management of large-scale in person conferences
About The Company
Our client is a respected membership organisation supporting health professionals. You’ll be joining a busy team and work specifically on the delivery of their annual conference.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Operational planning and on onsite delivery of their annual conference in June
- Managing the speaker communications including briefing, logistics and onsite support
- Support marketing, registration and event app set up

What we’re looking for
- Extensive experience of delivering large-scale in person conferences
- Substantial experience managing logistics end-to-end from planning through to on-site delivery
- Strong experience managing speakers, facilitators and subject matter experts
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and event management systems
- Availability to start on 13th April (interviews are scheduled for 2nd April)
