Our client, a global AI business, is seeking a commercial/technology lawyer with 4–7 PQE to join their legal team in London. The successful candidate would report into the Legal Director and be part of a global legal team.
Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts, working with cross-functional teams on customer-facing negotiations, and advising on IT contracts and data privacy matters.
