In-House Commercial Counsel & Data Privacy Lead

National Organisation in the UK is seeking an experienced Commercial Counsel / Data Privacy Officer to join its in-house legal team. You will lead on data protection, privacy, and regulatory compliance, advising senior stakeholders and shaping risk management.

Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will manage a small team and provide commercially pragmatic guidance on commercial contracts and procurement, with flexible hybrid working (2 days in the office, 3 days at home).
