Lead Higher Level TA for Autistic Learners

Ambitious College is seeking a Higher Level Specialist Teaching Assistant to join our West Thames campus, supporting autistic young adults aged 16-25. You will work alongside the class Lecturer to plan and deliver high-quality education, monitor progress and mentor Learning Support Workers.

You will provide personalised learning activities, model best practice, and collaborate with therapists and other professionals to raise attainment and independence while upholding safeguarding standards.
