We are working with a US firm with a fast-growing, premium PE/M&A practice in London. The team is in clear expansion mode (with plans to double in size in London) and is strategically positioned at the intersection of tech, life sciences and private equity, with strong US connections.
They are looking for an NQ or 1 PQE level candidate (no September 2026 qualifiers) to join the team. You will work directly with a headline team who joined a few years ago from a leading international firm, alongside a lean, high-performing PE team.
The role focuses on international PE deals across healthcare, life sciences, tech and digital infrastructure, with meaningful sponsor exposure and early client/BD involvement, plus a significant M&A component.
Ideal for a 0.5-1 PQE associate seeking rapid growth, client exposure, close partner mentorship and a clear path to senior associate in a premium, strategically focused US platform.
