Retail Betting Customer Service Manager

Entain is seeking a Retail Customer Service Manager to join our Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops, delivering top customer service and driving standards daily. Reporting to the Shop Manager, you will be part of the Shop team serving customers and building repeat business.

Duties include taking bets, processing cash, demonstrating products, handling complaints with empathy, and keeping shop standards high, with open/close duties and a rotating weekly rota.
