Customer Service Advisor – Power Outage Support

SSE is seeking a Customer Service Call Advisor for its SSEN Distribution unit in Havant. This 12-month fixed-term, full-time role is office-based, 37 hours per week, with a rota from 06:30–00:00.

Base location is Havant – Penner Road, and the salary ranges from £30,684 to £36,666 plus shift allowance and benefits. You will handle inbound and outbound calls to support customers during outages, provide timely updates, resolve concerns, and maintain a high standard of service.
