Retail Customer Service Leader (Betting Shop)

Entain operates Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops and is seeking a Retail Customer Service Manager to drive top service and standards daily. You will report to the Shop Manager and be part of the Shop team delivering excellent customer care in a dynamic retail environment.

Reporting to the Shop Manager, you will help customers, handle transactions, demonstrate products and betting terminals, and support shop operations. The role supports a 17-hour weekly rota with varied shifts.
