Strategic SMB Growth & Retention Account Manager

PayPal in London (Hybrid) is seeking an experienced Account Manager to own the end-to-end commercial relationship for around 250 SMB merchants using Zettle, focusing on retention and growth rather than new business.

You will drive cross-sell and upsell across the PayPal Zettle product suite, helping merchants unlock more value from the tools they already use. You will be the single point of contact, using data and AI-powered insights to prioritise opportunities and hit monthly revenue targets.
