Master Driver & Safety Training Lead

Air Liquide UK is recruiting a Master Driver in Birmingham to lead driver training, safety initiatives and transport operations. You will assess training needs, validate trainer resources, and support onboarding and interviewing processes.

You will oversee driver qualifications, coach through on-the-job assessments using IVMS and tachograph data, and drive safety plans with strong regulatory compliance. Strong communication and leadership are essential.
