The Opportunity
At SEAT / CUPRA Swansea, our Showroom Hosts are at the heart of the customer experience. As the first person customers meet when they visit our dealership, you’ll play an important role in creating a warm, professional, and welcoming environment.
This is much more than a reception role. You’ll help customers feel valued from the moment they walk through the door, ensuring they are directed to the right team member and receive outstanding service throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and visitors to the dealership in a friendly and professional manner
- Introduce customers to the relevant departments and team members
- Answer and direct incoming telephone enquiries
- Support dealership events, promotions, and customer activities
- Assist with general administration and reception duties as required
- Help maintain a positive and professional showroom environment
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a friendly, approachable, and professional manner
- Enjoys working with people and building rapport quickly
- Is confident, organised, and proactive
- Has previous customer-facing experience (desirable but not essential)
- Takes pride in creating a positive first impression
