Willis Global is seeking a Senior Sales Manager for a long‑established UK leader in agricultural machinery, based near Braintree, Essex. You will drive commercial growth, shape market strategy, and will be developed to step into the General Manager role, leading the UK operation.

The role offers a clear succession path with a salary of £60k plus bonus, rising to about £90K + bonus for the GM role. 23 days leave, 7:30am–5pm, five days a week, company vehicle and pension are included.
