Appointment & Patient Access Coordinator

Moorfields Eye Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Appointment Coordinator/Call Handler (Fixed Term) to join the Booking & Contact Centre team.

The post holder will manage first appointment bookings for designated services for the City Road outpatient clinics and satellite units, handling GP referrals via the e-Referral System and ensuring high standards of data entry in paper and electronic records.
