Full Time – 37.5 hours plus some on call work
Cleveland House is located inBanks, Southport, in the west of Lancashire. It offers residentialsupport for 32 males and females with an acquired brain injury(ABI), progressive neurological condition (PNC) and associatedphysical health needs. We are located on a residential housingestate.

- Conditions such asepilepsy
- Difficulties withcommunication
- Difficulties withswallowing
- May need respiratory supportthrough a ventilator and/or tracheostomy
As the CQC Registered Manager at Priory, youwill take overall responsibility for the home, overseeing all areasincluding budgets, quality, compliance, and the delivery ofoutstanding care. You will support and inspire your team to ensureresidents receive the highest standards of care, helping themachieve their goals, develop skills, gain confidence, and engage inmeaningful activities within thecommunity.

You’ll lead a compassionateand dedicated team committed to delivering outstanding care. With astrong focus on personalised support and proven approaches, you’llhelp residents build confidence, develop life skills, and achievemeaningful outcomes.
As Registered Manager, youwill:
- Oversee the day-to-dayrunning of the home, ensuring high standards of care andcompliance
- Lead, support, anddevelop your team to deliver person-centred care
- Support the assessment and implementation ofindividual care plans
- Ensure asafe, positive, and nurturing environment forresidents
- Promote dignity,wellbeing, and independence in all aspects of care
- Work collaboratively with internal and externalstakeholders to achieve the best outcomes

Whatyou'll bring to therole
Essential for therole
- You will be NMCor HCPC registered
- You must hold a Level5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), or beworking towards it
- Experience supportingindividuals with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI).
- Experience working within neurologicalrehabilitation.
Thefollowing experience would bebeneficial
- Experience in tracheostomy management.
- Experience supporting people who require long-termventilation.
