In this role you will support a busy, friendly property development team serving residential developers on developments and plot sales around London and the Kent area. You will contribute with a strong property background, handling development work within a mid–senior level position. Responsibilities
- advise on property development matters for developers (residential and/or commercial) and plot sales
- work within a busy team to manage development projects and related transactions
- support clients with lifecycle of development schemes from inception to completion
- collaborate with colleagues across the firm to deliver high-quality legal solutions
- interpret and apply property law for complex development work
Key requirements
- at least 4 years PQE
- experience in property development or strong property background suitable for development work
- open to candidates with residential or commercial property experience
