You’ll explore embedding AI into products and processes, using tools like Claude to enhance software development. Responsibilities

• Own backend and cloud-native development to support product platforms
• Explore and implement AI-driven enhancements in processes and products
• Influence architecture, design patterns, and engineering practices in a greenfield setting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to connect frontend and backend systems (React/Angular)
• Promote robust, scalable system design and CI/CD automation

Key requirements

• Backend software engineering experience with Python or C# (or both)
• Strong CS fundamentals (OOP, multithreading, design patterns) and system design skills
• Knowledge of cloud-native architectures (Azure/AWS), event-driven systems, microservices
• Experience with CI/CD, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker
• Familiarity with frontend connectivity and ideally React or Angular
• Interest in applying AI to development and products (Claude or similar tools)
• Collaborative mindset and communication skills; startup/small team experience preferred
