Dispatch Supervisor
Our client is seeking a Dispatch Supervisor to oversee finished goods warehouse operations within a rapidly growing consumer foods business. The successful candidate will manage warehouse activity, coordinate dispatches, support accurate stock control and lead a team in maintaining high standards of service, safety and food quality.
Based onsite at Shercock Road, Lough Egish, County Monaghan, this full time role offers the opportunity to work closely with operations, quality teams, hauliers and distribution centres in a practical, collaborative environment.

The Role:
* Oversee the processing of incoming and outgoing inventory according to schedule.* Manage team rotas to support dispatches seven days per week.* Coordinate raw material intake, customer orders and finished product picking.* Liaise with quality, operations, hauliers and distribution centres.* Maintain accurate stock control, rotation and regular stocktaking.* Train new team members and monitor compliance with safety and food safety requirements.
The Person:
* Previous experience supervising a team.* Basic computer literacy and good spoken English.* Own transport is essential.* A B driving licence and forklift licence are desirable.* Experience using SAP is desirable.
The Rewards:
* EUR 50,000 to EUR 60,000 salary (DOE)* Permanent, full time employment.* Onsite role in County Monaghan.* Opportunity to contribute to a growing consumer foods business.
