Delivery Support Mate — Customer‑Focused & Active

IKEA Leeds is hiring Drivers Mates to support Drivers in on-time deliveries and provide excellent service. Successful applicants undergo two weeks of IKEA training and a week of shadowing before starting. The role is 39 hours per week with a rolling shift pattern and weekend work.

Applicants should be physically capable and prepared to lift items, with a focus on safety, quality service, and efficient deliveries to customers’ homes.
