Harris Girls Academy Bromley seeks an exceptional leader to join the senior team as Faculty Director of English, Performing Arts and PE. The post requires the ability to teach English or Performing Arts and to drive excellence across departments.

You will shape strategy, oversee lesson observations and SEF contributions, and mentor staff while building strong relationships with students, parents and governors to raise achievement and maintain high standards.
