A well-established regional law firm is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor who is 5+ PQE to join its growing Sheffield-based team.

n You will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters including:n

- Acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Commercial leases
- Development and investment work
- Property finance and refinancing
- Asset management transactions

You will work closely with a broad client base including SMEs, developers, investors and owner-managed businesses, providing practical and commercially focused advice throughout.
n The role will also involve supporting business development initiatives, maintaining strong professional relationships and identifying opportunities to work collaboratively across the wider firm.

- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with Commercial Property experience
- Able to manage matters independently with strong technical knowledge
- Commercially aware with an interest in networking and business development
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
