Site Reliability Engineer

Overview

In this role you ensure production-critical infrastructure and data pipelines are reliable and scalable, working at the intersection of operations and software development. You join a Production Operations team or embedded squads to improve systems, reduce incidents, and accelerate engineering effort. You’ll help maintain robust platforms for real-world finance problems and collaborate with experts across AI, ML, and finance. Responsibilities

• Improve fault-tolerance and maintainability of data pipelines and trading systems
• Diagnose and fix defects in code
• Lead complex deployments and automate workflows
• Track and prioritize production issues
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure continuous operation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance production systems

Key requirements

• 2 years of relevant industry experience
• Experience with coding and debugging Python
• Experience with Linux
• Familiarity with Relational Databases & SQL
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
