Overview

In this role you will lead and shape Navan’s Premier travel community for senior buyers, creating exclusive, high-touch experiences and an active client advisory board. You will bridge Client Success, Product, Operations, and Brand to translate client needs into product and service improvements. You’ll work with top travel and expense leaders to optimize programmes, design premium services, and build advocacy through trusted relationships. This is a highly visible, client-focused role with opportunities to influence strategy and industry thought leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead an exclusive Navan Premier community for senior travel, expense, finance, procurement, and operations leaders
  • Design and host white-glove experiences (executive dinners, briefings, roundtables, summits, destination events) with curated guests and content
  • Lead the Navan Premier Client Advisory Board to influence product direction and advocate for Navan
  • Develop trusted relationships with Premier clients across post-sale lifecycle to drive adoption, engagement, retention, and growth
  • Advise clients on complex global travel and expense programmes (policy, VIP service, supplier strategy, NDC, payments, duty of care, reporting, change management)
  • Translate client feedback into actionable recommendations for Product, Operations, Service, and Client Success
  • Represent Navan Premier at events to build thought leadership and community credibility

Key requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in corporate travel, travel and expense programme leadership, client advisory, consulting, or related discipline
  • Direct experience as Travel Manager, Global Travel Director, Head of Travel and Expense, or leader of a complex global programme
  • Experience in a leading professional or financial services organization (e.g., global law firm, investment bank, asset manager, management consultancy)
  • Deep knowledge of complex travel programmes including premium/VIP service, policy design, supplier strategy, NDC, duty of care, payments, expense management
  • Executive presence and ability to earn trust of senior travel buyers, finance/procurement leaders, partners, MDs, and C-suite executives
  • Experience building senior professional communities, client councils, or executive networks and delivering curated, white-glove events
