Overview
In this role you will lead complex asset-based lending transactions and related documentation, working with both borrowers and lenders. You will supervise junior colleagues and contribute to the team’s development, supporting a range of financing matters. The position offers clear career progression in a Birmingham-based practice. Responsibilities
- Lead on a broad range of transactions, drafting and negotiating facility agreements, security documents, intercreditor arrangements, and precedent documents
- Manage back-to-back arrangements and live transactions for borrowers and lenders
- Supervise and mentor junior colleagues, contributing to the team’s development
Key requirements
- 5+ years PQE in Banking Solicitor role
- Varied caseload including corporate lending, leveraged finance, real estate finance, asset and project finance
