As Development Manager in a fintech scale-up, you will lead a small, skilled team to deliver an e-factoring platform and CRM from scratch. You will bridge senior business stakeholders and technology, ensuring high availability of a critical transactional site. You’ll balance hands-on coding with team leadership in a fast-paced AWS environment, shaping architecture and delivery. Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to a small development team including developers and testers
• Act as a conduit between senior stakeholders and technology
• Ensure maximum uptime and reliability for a critical transactional website
• Guide delivery on a brand new e-factoring platform and CRM system
• Promote Agile/Scrum practices and align with business priorities
• Collaborate on architecture and environment strategy in AWS
• Mentor engineers and support skill development within the team

Key requirements

• 5 years of commercial Development Management experience in .NET
• Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC, C#, MVC, SQL/Oracle, JQuery, REST API
• Hands-on coding capability (60% coding, 40% management)
• Experience with Angular 4+ (advantage)
• Experience with AWS, Docker, Jenkins and rolling out AWS environments
• Strong database experience, preferably Oracle
• Agile and Scrum experience
• Excellent stakeholder communication
