Overview

As Senior Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst, you identify and analyse cyber threats that could affect Babcock’s people, data, systems and programmes. You transform complex threat data into actionable intelligence to support proactive defence, incident response and risk reduction. You collaborate with Security Operations, Incident Response, and business stakeholders to enhance resilience at enterprise scale. This role offers impactful work on real security challenges and evolution of threat intelligence capabilities. You will shape decisions that protect customers and operations.

Responsibilities

• Produce actionable threat intelligence to support proactive cyber defence
• Analyse threat actor activity, malware campaigns, phishing threats and emerging risks
• Collaborate with Security Operations, Incident Response and Security Assurance to improve resilience
• Create high-quality intelligence assessments and reports for decision-making
• Monitor threat landscape and identify threats relevant to operations and customers

Key requirements

• Experience in Cyber Security Operations, Threat Intelligence or Incident Response environments
• Strong understanding of Threat Intelligence Lifecycle, Cyber Kill Chain and MITRE ATT&CK Framework
• Experience analysing security events, threat intelligence data and cyber threat trends
• Strong research, analytical and critical thinking skills
• Experience producing clear written intelligence for technical and non-technical audiences
