Enterprise Risk Manager

Overview

In this role you will strengthen Capco’s global Enterprise Risk Management framework and embed risk oversight across geographies and client engagements. You will lead core risk disciplines, including RCSAs, third‑party risk, policy governance and mandatory training, collaborating across functions to integrate risk into strategy and operations. As the firm grows, you will address emerging risks such as geopolitical, regulatory, cyber and AI risk, shaping a resilient, enterprise-wide risk posture. This is a hands-on leadership role in a collaborative, fast-paced consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide and regional RCSAs with clear risk articulation and consistent ratings
• Evolve and implement Capco’s ERM framework globally, including scenario planning and emerging risk analysis
• Design and implement a control-testing framework for high-risk processes (e.g., ABAC) and support internal audits
• Own compliance and governance activities: policy reviews, conflicts of interest, gift registries and mandatory training
• Strengthen third-party risk management with due diligence, oversight and reporting to senior leadership

Key requirements

• 5–10 years’ experience in risk management, compliance, governance and/or audit
• Experience delivering complex projects across multiple stakeholders and functions
• Strong communication skills to convey complex risk concepts
• Ability to collaborate across regions and functions
• Strategic and commercial acumen in a professional services environment
